About Red Barn Corn Maze

Guilette barn short

Guilette Family Farm

We purchased our homestead in 1994. One of the things we loved about the property was the big, beautiful barn. We were blessed to meet a woman who lived in the house in the 1920s when the barn was built. She recalled that each summer, the neighbors would work together to build a barn, taking turns to help each family.
In that same spirit of being there for our neighbors, we are opening up our farm to visitors. We are pleased to offer some family friendly fall entertainment as we share our farm with you.
Our family has always loved visiting corn mazes. We have also enjoyed welcoming friends, neighbors, and visitors to our barn to meet our animals. Since 1994, our barn has been a home beef cattle, sheep, horses, pigs, chickens, ducks, peacocks, turkeys, goats, geese, rabbits, cats, and dogs.
We welcome you to meet, feed, and fall in love with our current farm animals.

Check out this video that talks more about Red Barn Corn Maze and how we grow and cut our maze!

2026

Maze Design

250 years ago, the United States Declaration of Independence was signed. This united statement between the colonies announced to the world that we would be our own country. Our corn maze features some prominent symbols of our independence, from the Liberty Bell to a bald eagle. We also have 13 stars, each representing one of the original colonies. There are so many aspects of this monumental event to explore, but we are focusing on the role that each colony played in the path to independence. Learn more about the history of our founding as you explore the trails and try your hand at our scavenger hunt.
We also still have our Farm Scene Investigation game--find out who kidnapped Farmer Joe as you follow the maze to all 6 marked checkpoints.

Grounds Activities

Activities to do before and after the maze increases the family & friends time! In 2026 we are adding some grounds space with some farm-themed playground equipment There are also new historical displays every year.

Animals

We have some new animals to visit this year.  Lady Baabaa, our ewe, had a lamb this spring, and we added 2 new dwarf goat kids.  We'll have 2 young calves visiting us again this year as well!
